Do I need to be home when you clean my windows?
No. As long as side access is available, there’s no need for you to be home. Many of our customers are out while we complete their clean, and we’ll let you know once the work has been carried out.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Colchester and the surrounding areas, including Stanway, Copford, Marks Tey, Tiptree, Feering and Kelvedon. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, just get in touch.
Do you clean the frames and sills too?
Yes. Every window clean includes the glass, frames and sills as standard, helping keep your property looking its best between visits.
How do I pay for regular window cleaning?
We accept payment through Direct Debit or bank transfers. For Direct Debit payments we use GoCardless. Unlike a typical monthly Direct Debit, payment is only collected after your clean has been completed, making it a simple and hassle-free way to pay.
Will rain make my windows dirty after they've been cleaned?
No. Rainwater itself is clean. The marks people see after rain are usually caused by dirt already on the glass. Clean windows washed with purified water will typically stay looking great, even after rainfall.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely happy with any aspect of the service, simply let us know and we’ll work with you to put it right.
